In theory I'm hoping to do them all, but given the month time limit I have to basically make my whole stock for the artist alley, I'm gonna stick with the more popular characters first, and get the rest done and put on an Etsy account when I can. I'm planning to combine a few characters into one design to save money on material cost, and at the moment I'm hoping to do Snake, Sonic, TP Link, Zelda/Sheik, Kirby/Meta Knight/King Dedede (gonna try and fit them all into one design), Pokemon trainer, Pikachu/Jigglypuff/Lucario, Pit, Mario/Luigi, Flaco, and probably one of the two Fire Emblem guys. At the moment though I'm really just drawing whoever I feel up to next; Pokemon trainer was supposed to be today but I think my brain pretty much said "NOPE THAT'S ENOUGH PRODUCTIVITY" because sudden art block is preventing me from turning out quality
Gonna keep working at it though. It's a lottttttt for sure (the full roster is 35 characters!) but they only take a few hours to do. Coloring is easy, but the sketch is hard to get down, which is the only thing that makes it difficult at times.

There's always the internet and future conventions, no need to break your back and lose sleep. That's what Josh and I do with buttons, they're just going to accumulate over time until we have filled up our display. Then again, the new game is coming out somewhat soon here so I'm not sure how that will affect your project. 
Have you selected the dimensions and prices for your magnets and stickers? How will you be making them? You can note me about all the technical stuff if you want to be more private about it, I'm just curious. C:

That is good advice! I'm not entirely sure about the new Smash Bros, honestly, but I picked Brawl because I figured everyone has a favorite character from that game and chances are they'll like them enough to get a sticker or something of them. I just got Sheik and Zelda done last night, I hate Sheik's background though so I'm probably going to fool with it some more then upload it later.
I still need to calculate material costs and labor to get the prices, but the dimensions of the magnets at least will each be 2.5"x3". Granted, I still need to do test prints of each, but we got this little make-your-own magnent/sticker roller thing that has a width of 5", so if I need to go bigger I totally can. I drew each design in twice the size with a resolution of 300 so it won't look ugly if it needs to go bigger or anything. The stickers are just going to be a mess of whatever size because I'm planning to just take the characters from the designs and make the sticker out of that. Figured it'd be easier to put them on stuff then!

I think I saw the machine you're talking about in store just today, it's pretty neat looking. That sounds like a pretty solid plan though, although it can suck to cut out all the characters by hand. Good luck guy, YOU GOT THIS.

Just uploaded them both! I wrote about why they're separate there but basically it comes down to it looks better that way XD And thhaaannnkkksss bro I'm working hard!
