i used to be a fan of the montreal canadians and the mighty ducks (always hoped paul kariya would get a good team to back him up) the chicago bulls , back in the 90's were pretty much the only non underdog team i have ever cheered for ( can't argue with perfection )

basketball , hockey and monster trucks

back in the 90's things like the nba , nhl , wwe and so on were available on basic cable and i was able to watch it for free , then in the early 2000's that changed and you had to pay for it which i did at first but i was never at home and heard the outcomes of the games on the radio and that made the sports package completely useless to me.
what made me really happy was hearing that my favourite player ( of all time ) gary payton finally won a championship with the heat but that also happened like 7 years ago

Oh well I can understand that much the disappointment felt and money wasted :(

it was nice though , i remember hating the lakers back then with a passion and kobe especially , if i remember correctly ( the last game i was able to watch live ) kobe passed the ball to shaq in the last couple of seconds , the 76ers already gave up at this point and shaq had to dunk it for some reason , man did they get some heat in philly for that , i and my friend were almost jumping of the couch because of it , saying fuck la and fuck kobe

wow I used to get pissed when The La Kings beat Toronto :( The Lakers are not that good anymore .

the best thing about the kings , at least back then was rob blake , he was/is an awesome player

i really liked the lakers when shaq got drafted over to la and kobe was still a rookie wunderkind but that faded away quickly , the only reason i would cheer for the lakers these days would be steve nash , i was shocked when i saw him playing in the yellow jersey it was like seeing something that should not be
