WOW! XDYeah! It's just a matter of making a good circular selection, putting it on it's own layer, then messing around with the hue/saturation adjustment and masking out the excess color xD
i do that but it looks like a kid coloured it! DX
Hmmm...maybe it's the blend mode or something? I don't know what to say about that other than if you want someone's eyes recolored, I'd be more than happy to do it and then figure out how to record it on my pc so you can see how I do it? XD
