Unarguably street in my opinion. Shot in a public space, un-staged, people.

I respect that.
But for me, what this image makes up for in aesthetics, it lacks in context.
Of course the most valid argument could be that any photo can tell a story.
That is true, but only from a philosophical point of view.
A good Street shot, however, must convey a story on more personal level, not just report
it like a photojournalistic image, which often focuses on a single point of the story where the photographer is merely documenting the scene - much like Street.
An Urban/Rural City Life Shot - or rather, Travel Mag Photography, on the other hand, is more concerned with aesthetics. The story doesn't matter here - as long as the shot itself is breathtaking.
But, that's only my opinion. :)
