Oh - how do you say it?

When I say why I do not understand a phonetic representation

Japanese pronunciation appears in "only a Japanese-English dictionary for foreigners". ><;
I have not watched the dictionary ~;;

There seem to be two kinds of pronunciation descriptions

I do not understand a certain phonetic representation, but think that probably it is "ka chu ko ii" or "ka tyu ko ii".

umm....I'm sorry halfway;;:crying:
