Not necessarily. If you buy Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX or Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX, you can play Final Mix/Remake of ANY of the released Kingdom Hearts game in English except for Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance.
Yes but i dont have a PS3 unfortunally, thats why i'm gathering all th games in the "true" version. Re: Chain of Memories is in japanese too?

I think so. All the "Re" are in japanese. There might be English hacks for them, but you'd have to play them on an emulator on the computer.
