Yeah, funny thing about budgies and cockatiels, most adults don't feel comfortable being petted alot, even by their favorite person. But when they do accept it, it's usually just on the head or belly, never the back or wings. Also being fully flighted she feels no restrictions against flying away if she doesn't want to be touched somewhere.
Meanwhile if I have her restrained gently in my hand, I can almost lull her to sleep by massaging her cheeks. ^ ^
But yeah, Chica is a very bold and social girl, just not the touchy feely type. Most of the time.

Do u like rubbing Chica's feet?Yes I do that often and she doesn't mind it! Usually she just fluffs up and looks down, so then I can pet her belly. ^-^ What about your lovebirds (and finch)?
Bellies are off limit, but feet are okay ^^
