My only technical complaint is the nose, or lack thereof. There's a little white crescent that looks like the minor hint of one, but the lack of one makes the rest of the face just look flat. My only other concerns really are stylistic niggles, and you're drawing from somebody else's work so it doesn't really bear for me to comment on that, but I'm mentioning it because that might have resulted in the noselessness.
