ah, sorry, I'm really bad at anatomy, I usually only draw heads to shoulders, so I avoid drawing legs, feet, arms, hands, basically all of this area as I feel like I really cannot draw them no matter how hard I try..I'm very sorry.

I've used these tutorials alot. You don't need these, especially when drawing chibis, but really knowing your anatomy will help with every style. These are pretty complicated, at least for me they are. But it will help.
