It's a TAC U Combat Shirt, I believe is made by Propper. It is by far the best choice I made in regarding my gear. It's worth every cent.
I don't use it just for Airsoft, I recently ran a zombie obstacle race, pretty much like "Run for your Lives". I ran with my combat shirt and a couple of gloves, it was an excellent idea, I had protection were I need it without over heating.
