Actually, i didn't apply any lens effect to that picture. Maybe it looks like it was taken through a fish-eye lens because of the way the photos are laid out, and the surface i took the pic on was also elevated. :)

I do think I've made an action for that picture already! I think it's in this action pack. Hmm you've given me an idea! I could make an action pack exclusively for beach/blue photos :)
