What DiAmOnD595 said, and I spend AT LEAST 2 hours in the gym 6 days a week. I spent so much time there that I work there now. Hahaha
The thing about abs is if you want them to show, you need to have the minimal amount of fat first and then you need to work on sculpting them.

actually I heard grains, although they are considered healthy they raise insulin levels in the blood I lost two pounds this week because I cut a little of my overall bread consumption  in half.(insulin turns sugar into fat instead of letting your body burn it), and im going out for walks a lot more often, and I replaced McDonalds with a classic burger joint down the street...(sounds like grease means fat but its ALOT better than soy and chemicals and all of the grease is organic and that makes it so your body cycles it easier anyways) I don't want extreme abs but I will take a little of your advice along with what im doing... my dads girlfriend has me drinking "detox" tea as well... not Shure what its going to do but im Shure it will work... (ive been at this for a while im just trying to speed things up a bit XD progress has been good but its slow) getting a strong core like that will help with my severe scoliosis and straighten my back a little... and my jelly roll does not look good.... ive been adjusting my eating and sleeping schedules as well when school starts up again ill be able to take walks to and from school and to areas I want to eat... :)
