I allways asket myself, are there realy no man living on akavir anymor? the lore says the where "eaten" or "devoured" by the Tsaesci. But we know almost nothing official abaut the man of akavir, my theory is that they where "devoured" by the Tsaesci but whit the meanint that the Tsaesci have tak over the kingdom of man in akavir and coexist now, where the Tsaesci are the roulers and the Akaviri are the secon class citysens, like the Dunmer in Windhelm.
