Thank u so much! Yeah well, I guess it takes one to write about one.
I hope to be an immortal one day. A breakout someday soon. But until then I'm happy to enjoy the journey. And I would love to initially reach out to people who are as serious as me. It was the reason I had turned my back on Wattpad. DA's ppl were into the essence of the art, Wattpad's reader were looking for who had the mushiest or dirtiest stories. And what horrified me was that the most read weren't even that well written. Everybody just kept asking for updates, good god. Ppl there look to get the most views, not spreading a good story. Which is why I'm so happy to hav the good ppl of LP.
Amen to that...I know what you mean!I find it truly amazing that here on DA (and here at LP), everyone here is drawn together under the banner of "Art" in its many forms...but we are still one big family...and for the most part, none of us have met. Here at LP, I find myself at home because I am surrounded by people who love the same thing I love: writing. I don't know anyone personally, but I feel like I do, and we all support and help each other! It just blows me away
Imagine what happens when we expand. We could be a site all on our own. I'd probably miss the smallness of it all, but as long as ppl who r serious support one another towards the next inspirational thing rather than just trying to be the most viewed, I'm cool with it.
