if you have the sai folder moved on your desktop, documents etc.
delete the original download, the program may run from that file (not the zip file, the folder extracted with 7zip or winrar)
did you paste the stuff in the notepad file in the sai file? there may be too many textures so try deleting the ones you dont use simply by erasing their code lines in the brushconfig file (where you paste the new ones)

Yeah, I do. It's brand new, and it keeps comin up with some "Start error". It is so weird
there should be a green start button named 'start sai' in the sai folder, try running it as administrator or something
