It's really hard for me to tell if the old or new ones are better.
They somewhat have a bit of a different message to me. What you ultimately choose should be the result of what you want to show in this scene. If it is about innocence, I think the old ones are better suited. Think about how they handle scenes like these in Ghibli movies. Normally, they put these parts of the character outside of the frame or underwater so it can't be seen. In your case, the framing shows these parts so to cover them up is more like a "workaround", and leads to the effects you already mentioned before and dislike (getting even more attention there, maybe looking a bit too forced in some cases). The classical way of preventing this would be to choose a different framing so these body parts are just not visible, or showing the character only from behind in full body.

Yes, perphaps I choosed a too bad way to censure, and looked too unnatural, not the case as 5,1, I just changed it to the old model. And yes, I wanted just innocence, but I felt that I leafed that spirit, turning it dirty, like a cigarret in middle of a forest, human's shadow intervention( I'm sure u know what I mean). I perfectly could evade this polemic choosing different body perspectives as you said xd

Yes, I think that the most important thing here would be that the censoring doesn't look forced at all, like artificially put on to cover something. If you can make it look more natural and build the scene properly to achieve this effect like you did in 5,1 I think no one will be disturbed by it.
Oh and about the music, I'd need to know how peaceful this scene is supposed to be. SInce I have a bit difficulties to fully understand what's going on there, maybe it would be best if you could tell me if there should be a sense of uneasiness or strangeness or if it should be plain peaceful.

From a long humanity looked for its divine conection refusing their lower levels, as vatican leafed lots of statues. This is in the air, I hate to do disturbing art but, you know this is a time humanity needs to integrate all the levels, as you said one time, religion and science in one, which means body and spirit in a smaller fractal level xd
My art its incomplete if I prefer the censure, but I think the partial censure I have now makes the changes more peacefull.
U can think in a peacefull music, just the boy and nature, I even can add extra pages in the future with larger landscapes because I loved to do those scenes, works more in the artbook way C:
