Nope, not yet. I sent that first novel to like one publishing house, and didn't dare to do anything more about it after they refused me (such a perfectionistic wimp) - of course they refused it. It needs more work... and it is very different, I suppose. My stories are hard to put in a genre. They remind more of children's fable and fairy tale stories than of high fantasy, while at the same time they are usually far too dark and vaguely philosophical to fit the children's book genre. The elements are fairy tale-like, but the underlying themes tend to be rather dark reflections of psycology
and interpersonal relations.
For now I like to keep the stories to myself. There is something horribly painful about showing your most personal creations to the public. I have noticed it with my artwork but learnt how to deal with it, but my stories are so much greater. My whole being is there.
... I am considering perhaps making my own company/publishing house one day, though, and perhaps then publish my stories the way I like and have full control. I am studying Economics, so I plan to use what I learn to the max!
