Hopefully sometime before Halloween. I just got the proof from the printers, but there's a bit of a size discrepancy. Some of the pages are cut too close to the edge. But that's just a matter of telling them to extend all the margins by 1/4". When I have the actual books in my hand (and the theoretical books available online!), I'll post the details in the journal.
