I think that making the tutorial would help a lot of people out! 
(especially newbies & intermediate artists- like me x)) Haha, and yeah of course! Feel free to ask anything-- even though I might not be much help ;-;
IMO I think that practice does have a big part in improving your art (that's how you improve-- duh ;U; ), but for the tutorial I think it would really help if you could especially explain how to draw: Anatomy, Perspective, and Coloring.
I see a lot of beginning/intermediate artists struggling with these three main categories (IMO & along with others like how to draw clothing folds, poses, buildings, and how to shade/add lighting correctly when coloring) so yeah-- ^^ It'd be great if you could make that tutorial!
