Yea, the hat was sorta supposed to be like a bonnet on her head, and the anklet was just something ridiculously random I did on a whim while free-styling this design.
Yea, I thought Juri Han being sexualized wouldn't seem right, especially as I was working through this and it just didn't fit her character as I was doing the designs. I wanted to definitely portray her in a playful mischievous manner, and although the gothic lolita look is a bit adorable on her, I think some parts of her ass-kicking attitude still came through.
