I just wanna know if you use wacom "www.wacom.com/en/ap/creative/i…", can it run all types of programs, if I had already bought the programs and if it can work on more than 300 dpi as well as large 1600*1200 canvas?

I work up to 600DPI using my wacom, and Go up to 4000*2800. It also runs on every program, pressure sensitivity and all.
I'll let you know that Wacom tablets DO take some getting used to, as they're a bit different than traditional mediums. The surface is pleasant to draw on, but takes about a week or so of consistent use to feel "right." All professionals use one though
