Without looking at the comments, I'm pretty sure that the Pokemon version of Skull Kid is an Abra, judging by it's short body and yellow-ish tail.
As for the wearer of the Ninetails mask, I think it's a Combusken, if not Meowth is my 2nd guess but them bird feet seem to give it away ^_^;

Combusken was right, though Skull Kid is Cubone. 
When I was drawing this I thought that Cubone's feet and tail were good enough to give a clue, but I'm starting to see more aspects aswell that makes people guess it's Abra. XD
