Did you use the proper fang flex definition and the correct flex file?
If you did and it's still broken, I may want to see the qc file.
Also it's usually a good idea to test OCs in gmod

I believe I did, I tested it in sfm myself and works fine. Don't really play gmod much anymore 
I did notice by accident I added both male and female flex by mistake (I was tiredand overlooked it)
I tinkered with the qc and sent friend the updated version.. I'll let you know if there is still issues.

Oops, that might have did it.
my friend just had to reset sfm, works perfectly now
