As for the pockets, that does kinda make it pop. But only having the one set of baggy pockets kinda messes with my OCD in a way XD. Perhaps we can do something like cargo pants? So here's the recap of her design that I have come up with (from top to bottom). I'd love to hear what you think:
~ Hair clip with feathers (opt.)
~ Italian flag in a heart on a necklace
~ Blue polka dots on the shirt (to give it a bit more of a pop.)
~ Bangles with the colors of the Italian flag (three of each color in the order of green, white, red [from top to bottom]
~ Black cargo pants (with white or orange pockets depending on what looks better [probably white])
~ Black and white tennis shoes with orange shoe laces (if possible)
And that's all~ And I'd prefer to keep the music note on her shirt even with the polka dots! ^ ^''

(Btw I'm just doing a chibis for everyone BUT! if I have time to digitize some full body drawings, I will include a group picture ^o^) And I say this beforehand because sometimes, there are much less details on a chibi than a full body as we all know >w>'' Especially like the shoe laces and the details of bangles, but the color will be there though, just maybe with less details.
