Huh...? *snaps out from a distracted daze drooling at said "Paint on the silhouette" shirt -in front of everyone in the store- then belatedly notices drool stains on it and flails in a panic-ky way, almost accidentally knocking a nearby clothes rack* Oh, Oh, s-s-sorry I'll pay for that and wear it till I dehydrate---*then remembers wallet left behind at home and inwardly cringes*--- or, or I can wear it everywhere like -umm- a walking advertisement billboard and you and your sister's clothing company can be made famous for causing mass dehydration and hunger pangs.
LMAO! I don't know if that sounds too good though, dehydration and hunger pangs...people could find that a valid enough reason to try and sue us lol
Weeeelllllllllll...... hopefully the judge(s) would be all no-nonsense type or something, I mean like, 
-and throw all the sue-ing files out if not metaphorically then literally, and hey, the unusual case might go viral over the internet and Pasclo will have hordes of curious visitors and potential client/customers and hey that ain't so bad.... 
If all else fails, you could say there's a tiny disclaimer below the artwork where it says Pasclo takes no responsibility for whatever untoward side effects the delicious painting may cause and look at it at your own risk, and hopefully that saves you from being sued X'D
