Beautiful. Not sure if it is supposed to have a "rainy" look, but this reminds me of the last time I was in NY with my daughter. It had been a rainy day, and when the rain slowed we went walking. The colors from all the lights made such a beautiful reflection in the puddles. Your picture captures that feeling for me.
