i figured it out. many of my models have this, it doesn't move anything. i see that you moved it into the position in the first picture, THEN you loaded the motion data. i know this is the bad end night motion, i have this to. my gumi has this and i did the same. try leaving the bone alone THEN loading the motion ( load the model and just load the mottion right away) after you do this load the camera and watch the whole thing. if it glitches, find a ZIP download for this (i don't have winzip
