I feel this deserves somewhat of a more elaborate comment than I made earlier...
The reason this is so awesome is because this character truly has that toony feeling, that people of my generation and perhaps previous ones have experienced through animations such as the Looney Tunes. In fact, I would say this reminded me of a few classics such as Woody Woodpecker, and the Animaniacs, particularly due to the expressions. Also the story is set up nicely!
