She looks like a very evil entity.  She looks like she lives to cause trouble for people.  She looks like she is conspiring against someone or somepeople on a daily basis.  She can't just tell a lie in the spoken word, she has to lie in appearances and make others lie for her.  In the picture she is giving you this evil smile as if to say "You will never be rid of me. I am always going to be around to cause you hardship.  You wait and see."  She's especially hell bent on getting her way.  I could go on.  But this is a good picture of evil that smiles at you.
