:giggle: It was Grimsey's fault :giggle: he spread the word about your Predator obsession!!! :iconhurrplz:

Oohhh I'm fine :tighthug: just a little obsessed myself EveStare only that my "Predator" is the scale!!! EveStare And I can't think of anything else!!! :iconikillitplz::nuu:

It's always GrimFace242 fault. Always.

Your predator is the scale?

I'm doing all right, a little, sort of, but better than before. :dummy: Flirting with coming back. Not sure.

Indeed!!! EveStare

Ooohh :giggle: I was saying that you had an obsession with Predator, so my "obsession" is the scale, because I need to lose some weight :ashamed: ... there's a lot of extra Eve that I need to get rid of EveStare but I can't!!! :iconikillitplz:

:giggle:

AAaawwww :iconsweethugplz: Well, I hope you have more than a flirt with coming back, it would make a lot of people really, really happy to see you around again!!! :iconflyingheartsplz::iconaawplz::iconflyingheartsplz: You're special my dear, we love you!!! :iconloveloveplz:

:iconswooonplz: I adore you!

I did all the terrible eating today and will not be getting on the scale tomorrow. :shifty: What are you doing to lose weight? (If that isn't way to personal!) My husband who has been losing a lot of weight over the last 7 years or so tries all sort of things. Generally eating more veggies and less processed food and less carbs works best for him. There was the one time he was on a bacon diet (still lost weight, but good luck with the cholesterol! haha). He supplements with meal replacement shakes, and appetite suppressants for rough or lazy patches. He also goes to the gym in spurts, but he used to primarily do weights and is only now starting to do more serious cardio.

:iconflyingheartsplz::iconilavplz::iconflyingheartsplz: AAawww I adore you too sweetie!!!!! :iconflyingheartsplz::iconslipperyhugplz::iconflyingheartsplz:

Sorry for my so late reply, I get my energy levels so depleted sometimes :faint: I think I need an injection of something EveStare Nutella would be good  :icongrinstareeyesplz: (:giggle:)
Ooohhh I "should" be doing more exercise :grump: But I hate it  So I'm not losing an ounce :( ... I don't eat badly, to be honest  Salads with just extra virgin olive oil and vinegar as dressing  lean meat, usually chicken, I don't eat that much red meat ... maybe once every 2 or 3 months sometimes  fruits, even for breakfast I don't go too far, I just eat a single toast (usually Pumpernickel or rye bread) with some peanut butter (the good kind, the one that has the oil naturally forming on the top of the jar, like doctors recommend :stare:) and some jam on it, not too much  (and a big mug of milk with some espresso coffee :hungry:) ... ... Dinner time is pretty simple for me, I don't like to eat too much at night, so I usually eat a handful of mixed nuts (cashews, almonds, pistachios and hazelnuts all mixed :aww:), and maybe a yogurt (the one that is Greek, I like the Vanilla one, so it does have a little bit of sugar in it :blushes:) ... I do eat a couple of dark chocolate squares a day, usually the one that is 86% (yucky :stare:) cocoa EveStare .... ... I don't drink alcohol  ... I don't drink soda, I like just plain water  ... the milk I drink in my breakfast is the fat free kind  ... So I'm just STUCK in this "Extra Eve" and if I don't move my "Kardashian Attribute" EveStare I don't think I'll ever lose it EveStare :grump:

Ooohhh yeah, I did that "Atkins diet" a few months ago, and my cholesterol skyrocketed :faint: ... I'm pretty sure it's down now, since I cut all the bad things I picked up on that stupid diet  ... but I didn't lose an ounce with that one either :shifty:

Oooohhh I think I should get one of those surgeries that chop your stomach a little :grump: ... but I'm not that overweight, so I doubt a doctor would even consider doing that on me :giggle: ... they'll think I'm just lazy which might be true :grump:

Yeah, cardio is the key  I've read it everywhere, my doctor told me to do more cardio ... but my lazy butt disagrees with him :shifty:
