Yes, this and the fact that the constellations (but the polestar) rotate the whole night (and day of course XD). Or more precisely the earth rotates and that’s why the stars seem to move. The position of the stars changes in the course of a night -->
i21.photobucket.com/albums/b25… So if the constellation Draco is in the position like it is in the movie, a few hours later it has rotated a bit. But now in the wintertime, Draco is upside-down mostly, and we don’t see it rotate the right way up fully while the night. In summertime it’s the other way around. But I never thought that it could be different in other northern continents/countries…but now when I give it some thoughts it’s quite logic. ^^ Learning never stops!
