Obi-wan and Han are my favourites as well! It's the headstrong rebel in them that I love. Every story needs characters like that, who go off the beaten track and forge their own paths.
Star Wars fannishness aside, this is a remarkable likeness! The simpler colouring really works I think, and somehow seems to do the character more justice than a really polished piece would (to me, at least).

You have excellent taste in favorite characters. The coloring on this was kind of an experiment, but I've since used this technique on other pictures and it seems to work very well.
