It looks too short though. The hilt seems the right length, but the blade should probably be about 25-30% longer.
Perhaps so, although I did reference images from the anime for proportions, so its hard to say for sure. Trigger sure does their perspective changes!
Well, we know it's at least long enough to reach to just below her bust (including her heels) when stood on the ground. Based on the average height for a Japanese woman (approximately 158 cm or 5 ft 2 in) and that the ratio of total height to the aforementioned height is roughly 3:2, then Bakuzan's length would be approximately 105.3 cm, which would classify it as a Nodachi (90 cm or longer), which conflicts with the official wiki's description of Bakuzan as a "katana", which are 60-73 cm.
