You can just compile it on your own with xcode.

Uber-simplistic Xcode tutorial: Open GlobalNoWindowIcon.xcodeproject, press Run, browse to the screen shown above, and click Show in Finder (then drag GlobalNoWindowIcon.bundle to EasySIMBL).
Credits go to k-profiler.

you the man! it didn't work for me that way. the GlobalNoWindowTitle.bundle was red and therefore there was no option to show in finder. i messed with it a lil and figured it out. i clicked on the GlobalNoWindowTitle.bundle went to the right side of my screen where it says "Identify and Type" went to where it says "Full Path" and i clicked on the tiny arrow pointing to the right. that showed me the GlobalNoWindowTitle.bundle in my finder. appreciate your help! im still learning lol
