From time to time we all cannot help but wonder what an photographer is thinking when he's holding his camera and ready to take the picture, and I do find it hard to give your "split" a definition 'cause to me not only it represents a couple of different things at the same time, but the contrast b/w each object gets so strong that i can almost feel the breath out of the picture.
