Yest, this morning was like no other. The water was perfectly still, like a never ending mirror. And the tones were amazing, I didn't edit these photos, they are as they left the camera.
My view is that the best pictures take themselves. Why mess around with something that is already perfect... or imperfect?

I could not agree more with you!! This, where I stood, is a board walk in Expo, Lisbon, Portugal. The bridge beside it is Vasco da Gama, the longest suspended bridge in Europe, with over 15 kms.
Ah... it is a very picturesque bridge, you use it a lot. I like it.
I do, I love this area. And I work here, so I spend a lot of time here anyway 
I've got new landscapes around me now as I recently moved, it's just recent family events have meant I've not been as active.
At least you will have lots of new sceneries when you take your camera out again
