I would say "good basedolling", but there are a lot of things that need to be fixed here...

Practice drawing manes yourself; the premade manes give no practice and really just make you look lazy.
Please stay away from the MS Paint default colors. They are easy to recognize to the trained eye, and look very ugly. Try using the Custom Colors feature a lot more.
I also recommend changing his name; Awesomely Green isn't a good name for a character. How about Awestruck Green? It rolls off the tongue better and generally sounds better as a name, while still being essentially the same name.

So overall, needs some work. The character has a lot of potential, but the mistakes you made really do not help. If you'd like, I can try making a design for him myself.
