Its a gradual, tiered change.
Each age has its own emotions, feelings, mannerisms and style with a gradual gender change through out. I really enjoyed seeing snippets of each age and how they would react, culminating it a much larger change for a finish. If you did this in either AR or AP i think it could work great, even without the TG aspect.
