Chrom -- Dark type extends red glowing spike theme from the previous stage, somewhat mirrors his sister's dragon scale plates at her waist
Lucina -- Dragon type has modified horns and dragon scale plates at waist.

The dragon fusion is fine, we do think Lucina's dragons scales need to be worked on to look like it's a part of her dress and not something like an accessory. We're also confused on the scarf tips that are unattached?
The only issue we have with Chrom is his dress situation. Since the crystals on his waist aren't really providing us much on their purpose in line with him being a Dark fusion. Similar to Lucina, if those crystals were more coherent to Chrom's dress, it should work out :0c

Okay, how would you suggest I change it? I'm kinda out of ideas on that one :/
And as for the floaty cape bits I've seen other designs that have small detached bits but if that's not okay I can remove those

Maybe for Lucina the top layer scales are actually connected to the dress (maybe even the same color like an ombre color effect from red to white?). And for Chrom I would make the ruffles of Kirlia tattered and ripped for that dark fusion effect.
I would honestly take this to the Egg Clinic :0c That way you can get help from the other mods if you're more stumped since my opinion would probably not work out. Really if you think it's about the dresses, which I believe you can still adjust.
