When cultures meet and interact there will always inspire and integrate/adopt, it's not prejudice on it's own, just what people do. We mimic and like art and beauty. I don't like this idea that unless 'cultures' are segregated it's disrespectful 'appropriation'
More offen then not these 'appropriation' issues is more come down to it that it's a 'trigger' of horrible 'past' crimes. See a 'white person' being inspired by aspects of a culture and enjoying it when 'once' (and still some times) the origins of it were prosecuted.
