If I had the expertise needed I would love to help... Unfortunately I do not. However I do want to point out that the perspective in the first panel felt weird, and I realized that it's because you have a birds eye view angle while everything is draw to the horizon line... So you might want to create 3 panels for this page, the first an above shot with not a whole lot of detail showing the top of all the vehicles and the formation and then use photoshop or something and use the elements currently and just scale them correctly and then position them in the places they need to be behind the car and erase using a masking layer, the parts that the car covers up. Does that make sense? Hopefully what I said is ok... Please don't take it the wrong way, I love they way it's looking but I do feel the perspective is wonky and that slight change and extra panel I think would really help things move more smoothly
