Oh my gosh, this is just beautiful! I already loved the layout when I saw the WIP, but this is gorgeously executed! 
I love how Tezca just fades in the background but is equally as prominent (but far more menacing in appearance) as Quetza, and speaking of, the lighting behind him is just so dramatic and eye-catching.
You combined the elements perfectly, and this is such a lovely piece to look at.
So in a nutshell? This is my favorite piece from you so far.

I must admit that for one it turned almost better at the end than in my mind
coz the idea of dawn and night fading away came while I was colouring.
