Comment on Non-Physical Traits by Tokotas
Hello, I'm probably blind but I can't seem to find any links of how to apply traits / trait tokens.
Can they be added to an already uploaded and established Tokota or only to a geno before it has a design?
(and also actually may I ask about Elemental Hearts too while I'm here - how to apply them to 'upgrade' a trait to II? )

Non-physical traits can only be applied to an uploaded tokota currently, but this can be done in the bank journal under "Apply Item to Tokota"
