Is making a "traced base" of your art without permission reportable? What is that category for? Only tracing things that are allowed to be traced (stock photos, etc)? You can't just trace whatever you want?
Making the base creates a "new" image, so they didn't really edit your picture and didn't really re-upload something you made in exacting detail because they changed stuff (like taking off the clothes/hair). Is it against the rules for them to do that? :/
