I use Game Maker: Studio Professional.  I don't have the exports.

I use Paint Shop Pro 7 and Pro Motion 6 for spriting and it's really up to the artist on what they feel most comfortable with and what works for them.   Just try pixelling some stuff and then take it to wayofthepixel.net or pixeljoint.com to get some tips from other pixellers of various skill levels ranging from other amateurs to industry professionals.  =)

I'll make it the way I want to make it if that's ok?  =p Of course it's gonna be repetitive.  It's mostly walking about shooting bad guys.  =p

And yes I have Facebook but I only use it for family and my drama group.  Nothing else.  I have a Twitter for all other things.  My username is Carnivac there.
lol ofcourse u'll make it the way u want brother..
i mean its ok to make it repitive but try to avoid same enemies spirtes and etc

make it more and diffrent enemies and great bosses like the old Arcade games

The whole game has to fit onto a real 8-bit computer that has only 128k memory (with a slightly cut down version for the 64k versions of the machines).   There is a lot of recycling of enemy sprites (in different colours) and while some may have different tops (and even that has to be limited), they will all share the same leg sprite animations ('cept robocop of course).  ED-209 will be the largest boss sprite and he's mostly just animated in the legs.  His top part will be a seperate sprite.

Thanks.
awesom...just awesom
cant wait to try that brother..my HUGE BEST wishez to u bro
