Hi! On the website I'm trying to hatch my eggs but it is just a grey bar with a red exit X on it.

Our site uses Javascript so please make sure it's enabled/activated. :>

Sorry to bother you, or ask a dumb question, but I'm having the same problem this above user had (the window to hatch eggs is just a grey bar with a red x). From everything I have looked into, the current browsers don't actually have a way to "enable" Javascript any longer, as all the major ones claim it is depreciated. They seem to think they have the same functionality without it. If you have a suggestion on how to get this to work, I would greatly appreciate it. Nothing else on the site seems to be wrong, but it's rather frustrating if I can't hatch my eggs. I do apologize if this is a bother, but even with the IT stuff I know, this is not something I know how to fix. Since it seems to be a problem on the side of the browsers (I currently am using FireFox but also tested it in Chrome). Thanks for your time, and I hope there's something you or one of the others can suggest.

Hmm that's super weird. I used to use both Chrome and Firefox on my old PC (that had Win7) and I have used a new computer (Win10) for about a week now, also with Firefox and Chrome. I have never had any problems with the eggs personally, so there must be some kind of a setting that affects it, I'm just not 100% sure where to find it, but I can try looking around.

Well, it finally worked somehow. I have no idea *how* it was fixed. I know I was fiddling around with config files and stuff for Javascript, but sadly no clue what, if anything, I did. Might have been something on your end as well. Either way, I got my eggs, so crisis averted. Thank you again for taking the time to try to look into the problem. Just glad it's behaving itself now. And I have 3 new babies (who I now have to figure out how to draw ^^; Maybe I should have picked a less complex pokemon than pawniard for one of them).

Thank you, I appreciate it. I'll keep trying to look for a solution on my end as well, and I'll let you know if I find something. (and my PC runs Win7 as well). I assume there's a setting buried somewhere, but I have not had any luck yet trying to troubleshoot this. Most of the advice about the settings is based on the old Firefox, when it still had Java support built in. But I'll keep looking. I don't usually have this problem on sites. I was really happy to be able to join this group, so I would hate to be unable to hatch eggs cause I have something as simple as a setting wrong.
