Comment on Magikarp used Splash by Ruth-Tay
The pokédex says that they are dragged down by the current tho, they don't have the strength to overcome it..

You may be right. I just like to think of the myth it was spawned from, is all.
I think I read somewhere that it could leap hugh heights. I just don't remember where.
