Sehr schön, das Bild ist wirklich beeindruckend (very nice, the picture/drawing's really impressive) ^^ !
I love, how you mixed Steampunk with history and your depiction.
Everything about it is großartig (awesome), the view, the colours, the shading, the light, the details...
(but... shouldn't Prussia's/Gilbert's vest be buttoned otherwise, the male way ? Ok, minor detail, vanishes in regard of the picture as a whole xD )
The two of them really look like engineers, proud of their work ^^
I've already seen Daimler's motorcycle in real, as well as his and Carl Benz's automobiles. Really impressive, how the history of motorization started.
(but my favourite story reagarding that is, how Bertha Benz just took her husband's Motorwagen (motorcar) and their sons with her and drove off to prove it was working and worth ^^ )
And the predecessor of the bike was invented by a german, as well, by Karl Freiherr (Baron) von Drais.
