Well it is somehow possible to do (This was tested on 2 monitors both at 1920x1080) by simply using the highest number of width on a monitor such as -1920. (The opposite of 1920, as this goes to the left, in other words will go to the left side monitor)
If you reload the menu bar, it will revert back to 0 which will just center it to the main display. Seems like a hassle.

EDIT : The same goes for if -1920 is on the other side of a 1920x[height] monitor but -1920 would have to be 3840.
