Daleks are excellent at melee combat, I'm sure you've read Chris's Dalek comic featuring xenol over on Project Dalek, there we have a dalek literally swinging another around and throwing it.
I haven't been to Project Dalek in ages, but I've REALLY got to see that comic!! Do you happen to have a link??
